Enterprise First manages, through four separate companies, 'managed workspace' properties in Southampton, Fareham, Paulsgrove and Liss
The number of units ranges from 97 mainly offices at Southampton, to 12 workshops at Paulsgrove. Fareham and Liss have 18 and 11 workshops and 12 and 8 offices respectively. There is good parking on site at all facilities.
These units are all provided on an ‘easy in, easy out’ basis with only one month’s notice required, subject to a straightforward license agreement. They are ideal for start-up and growing small businesses and an accredited Business Adviser is available for advice to all licensees.
